What is the minimum stay?

30 nights. We rent under Spain's mid-term rental rules (alquiler de temporada), which are for stays with a temporary purpose such as work, study or medical treatment. Shorter professional or academic stays can be considered on request.

What is included in the price?

The monthly price of €4,400 includes VAT. A final cleaning fee of €120 applies per stay. Details on utilities are set out in your contract.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a refundable deposit of €1,500, returned after check-out once the home has been checked.

Can my company pay and receive an invoice?

Yes. We invoice companies directly — just tell us the billing details when you request your proposal.

How do I book?
